Palak Panner
Ingredients
Palak (Spinach) - 1 bunch (Leaves only)
Onion - 3 medium, cut in cubes
Tomato - 1, cut in cubes
Green Chillies- 8 to 10
Cloves ( Lavang) - 4 to 5
Cinnamon ( Dalchini) - 1 inch piece
Garlic- 4 to 5 pods ( Optional)
Ginger- 1 inch piece
Kasoori Methi - 2 tsp
Amchur Powder- 1tsp
Kitchen King Masala- 1 tsp
Salt
Sugar- 1/2 tsp
Oil- 2 tsp
Milk- Half a cup
Paneer - 200gm cut into small cubes
